About Robert Sanders

Up until my 20s I was an extremely shy and introverted young man. I wasn’t good at making friends, found relationships challenging and felt very negative about myself.

It was only when I began training as a primary teacher that things began to shift and I realised that I didn’t have to be this way. In our training we were told that the best way to be confident in the classroom was to pretend to be a teacher. I tried it, and it worked spectacularly well.

Later, I stumbled on the books of Antony Robbins and began learning NLP. Now that I am a master practitioner I realise that in the teacher training I was being taught modelling and ‘acting as if’ – both common tools in NLP.

For me, the ultimate goal in life is happiness, not only mine, but others’ too. Everybody’s route to happiness is different, and so my main purpose in life is to help others find their own route, guide them in the right direction and motivate them to achieve it in all aspects of their lives.

To help achieve this I use a range of techniques from NLP, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy and Coaching.
