On Sunday 23rd March 2015 at 10.00 a.m. I am giving a free talk at Vinings Natural Health Centre in Haywards Heath. This is the first of a series of talks being held by different therapists at the practice, and there is a full list of upcoming talks on the Vinings Website.

In my own talk, titled ‘Spring Clean Your Life’, you can expect to learn a bit about the inner workings of your unconscious mind alongside gardening tips, household cleaning and flicking a duster about.

There’ll be advice on pruning back life’s clutter, sowing the seeds of new purpose and re-awakening dormant dreams.

The talk is free but donations to St Peter and St James Hospice are welcome.
