Sharing some of the latest approaches to dealing with anxiety, Robert Sanders, Therapist and Coach, shows you a range of daily and weekly journaling habits that help manage your thoughts, your worries and your fears.
The workshop will be based around the use of Robert’s book ‘The Anxiety Habits Journal’. There is no requirement to purchase the book, but if you have a copy, please bring it along.
This is a practical two-hour workshop.
